My Approach
Many clients come to me during times of transition—feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s next. I work with individuals, couples, and families to better understand their needs, improve communication, and move out of patterns that create stress or distance.
In a calm, supportive space, we’ll explore old patterns, gently shift beliefs and reactions, and work toward greater clarity, connection, and balance. My approach is warm and down to earth. If this resonates, I’d be glad to connect and support you in your next step forward.

My
Background
I bring over 35 years of experience in the field of therapy, along with a deep commitment to supporting growth and healing. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology in 1990 and my master’s degree in marriage and family therapy in 1992 from the University of Akron. In 1993, I received my independent licensure as a licensed professional clinical counselor
My work is grounded in both formal training and decades of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. I offer a thoughtful, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.
